Ok so I have all 26 unowns and I now need the ! And ? Ones, I have solved all 4 puzzles and have spoke to both scientists, the one that gave me the information just keeps saying that he will let me know if he finds out any more information can anyone help??

When you fall down the hole to the place the unknown are, the room you come up in is where ! And ? Are. You have to go in that room from above ground

In the room above the main Unown Hall- find a glowing panel and press A while looking at it- the scientist will come in and tell you of the two last Unown forms. Once done- keep wandering around the same room where you just discovered this panel until these two forms appear.
