Since all Action Replays come with a disk that is updated from the internet every time you use it in your PC/Laptop/Mac, new codes or new games that were not previously available (or not released, even) will be added to the disk, and a separate Action Replay program created by the disk. Connect your Action Replay device to your PC/Laptop/Mac and the program will automatically install all new games and new codes into your Action Replay, or you can select what to add manually.
Alternatively, you could find the game's Master Code and enter all the codes yourself, but I advise against this method as it takes ages and is extremely tedious.

On the action replay code manager, drag the game from the subscriptions box to the Nintendo DS box.
