47: Mothim - the Male evolution of Burmy; spread honey on trees then hope 4 a male burmy
65: Drifloon; Valey Windworks on Fridays, Daytime, just standing there.
80: Barboach; Fish in water around and in Mt. Coronet
81: Whiscash; same
115: Riolu; hatch from egg given 2 you by Riley on Iron Island

45: Parasect; evolve Paras
65: Alakazaam; evolve Kadabra
80: Slowbro; evolve Slowpoke

#47 is Mothim. An ace trainer (male) on the foggy (northern) part of Route 210 has a Mothim. You can also evolve a male Burmy at level 20 to get Mothim.
#65 is Drifloon. Some trainers in the Hearthome City Gym have Drifloon, but otherwise, you can find a Drifloon in front of the Valley Windworks every Friday.
#80 is Barboach. A fisherman on the rainy (southern) part of Route 212 has a Barboach, but you can also find some using a Good Rod in all bodies of water.
#115 is Riolu. You can't find one from any trainer, however you can obtain one. Go to Canalave City, and talk to Sailor Eldrich, and have him take you to Iron Mountain. Go in, take a right, go all the way down, and then take a left. Talk to Riley, and help him fight through a series of double battles, and eventually Team Galactic at the end. When you win, he'll thank you by giving you a Riolu EGG. In order to get Riolu, you must hatch the egg, first.

47: Mothim, you can get a male burmy and evolve it or you can see it by going to a place with a lot of fog (sry, I can't exactly remember where.)
65: Drifloon, you can see it every friday in front of the valley windworks near floaroma town
80: Barboach, two trainers have barboach in pastoria's city gym
115: Riolu, when you're about to leave Hearthome City (keep going straight across after you stop Kiera's buneary) you talk to the hiker guy, he will give you an egg which hatches into a riolu which evolves into lucario

Also you can get the fishing rod at route209an fisher guy has it
