First, fly to Solaceon Town and go in the northeast corner. Go all the way to the right, and go down a couple ledges until you have access to a cave. From here, there are 3 caves to take; 2 of them are a dead end, so don't worry. Take the third cave and talk to a boy. He'll go back to his house, so exit the cave and start over (go to the northeast edge of Solaceon Town). From here, go to the second (middle) path. Go in that house and talk to the boy again. He'll give you the Seal Case.

The Seal case is found east of Solaceon Town. You must take a certain path that will lead to the house. Go in to the house and get the SEal Case from the person in the house.
