hall of begging
I need to know how to get to the hall of begging to catch the legendary Pokemon that is there can anybody help. If anybody can make me cheat for my gameshark. Thanks alot

The Hall of Beginning, you mean? Alright, you need to obtain the Azure Flute either by cheating, or by attending a Nintendo Event (either right now in Japan, or sometime in the future in the U.S.)
Once you've obtained the Azure Flute, go to the top of Mt. Coronet (Spear Pillar) and stand in the same spot where you've battled Dialga. Then, use the Azure Flute, and go up the stairs. You'll battle a level 80 Arceus.
