Why the hell can't I migrate pokemon!?!?!? >:o

Have you got a gamepak in the gameboy slot?
Have you got Pokemon that can be migrated?
Have you seen every Pokemon in the sinnoh pokedex.

You can't use pal park until you see every Pokemon in sinnoh.
and it's possible without trading from pearl. you can find most of the pokemon, but some trainers have more elusive ones, and someone will show you a picture of either dialga or palkia.

this doesn't include heatran, darkrai, manaphy, phione, arceus, cresselia, giratina, regigigas or shaymin. they are extras and dont count towards completing your pokedex.

Let's go over some things.

First, you need to obtain the National Dex. This is done by seeing all 150 Pokemon of the Sinnoh Dex. Here's a little guide by Merriland to help you: http://www.gamefaqs.com/portable/ds/file/925601/45138
(Once you're there, click "CTRL" + "F" and then type in "s8.6." This will bring you to the locations of the Pokemon found in the Sinnoh Dex.

Now, insert a GBA Pokemon game in the game slot.

Once this is done, you should see the option. If you've done this and you still can't see it, then something's wrong with your game...

Have you gotten the national dex by beating every trainer in the game? You just need to see every Pokemon (not including event only Pokemon) which is the 150 Pokemon in the Sinnoh dex. That might be the problem.

Get the national dex and go to pal park
