Hey, can you meet people in the union room without knowing there friend code?

In the Union Room? Shouldn't they have to be within 30 feet from you, then?

You must need there friend code, but if you friend codes go to the forums & get peoples friend code.I hoped I helped.

I don't think so. But you can meet people at the Pokemon Plaza without knowing there friend code.
