Question for Pokemon Diamond
Can some on tell me how to get to the other islands (resort areas, Survival areas. And can someone tell me how to cheat. I don,t have a gameshark and where do you get one.

Game shark hasn't been around for a while now. After you defeat the elite four and gain the national dex go to snowpoint city and walk south next to the crane there will be a sailor and he will let you go to the islands. Go to the battle area every saturday and sunday and your rival will be there and every time you see him he wil become more power full.

From the fight area, got to your right and surf across the river-thingie to the other side and then walk through the grass until you hit the Resort area. For the Survival area, go up from the fight area and fight your way through the plateu routes, and boom, there you are! As for cheating, get an action replay! They are more crash resistent and there are more codes for it. Plus, you get the software that, coupled with pokesav, can help you make your own codes! You can buy one at Wal-mart or any game store. Good Luck Cheating!

I take it you've reached the Fight Area? If not, then you still need to beat the Elite Four.
Other than that, you need to obtain the National Dex. This is done by seeing (NOT catching) all 150 Pokemon in the National Dex. An easy way to get this done is by beating every trainer in the game. Use Merriland's Walkthrough as a reference: http://www.gamefaqs.com/portable/ds/file/925601/45138
(Once you're there, click "CTRL" + "F" and then type in "s8.6." This will bring you to the locations of the Pokemon found in the Sinnoh Dex.
Once you obtain the National Dex, you're able to continue explore the rest of the Island.
