I messed up badly because I though stark mountain was before the Elite 4 but I know realize I am about to face the Elite 4 with no fire type and the following pokemon.
Torterra 53: Wood Hammer, Grass Knot, Synthesis, and Earthequake.
Steelix 52: Flah Cannon, Iron Tail, N/A, N/A
Honchkrow 55: Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse, Fly, Nasty Plot
Gyrados 50: Surf, Toxic, Avalance, N/A
Luxray 52: Thunder, Iron Tail, Charge Beam, Crunch
My real question is do I need to train them more and get a Fire type of should I just train them or just train a Fire Type. Thanks.

No you don't need a fire pokemon. In fact your only choice really is rapidash, which is actually pretty decent. If you want one go get one and get training and use heart scales on it so it can learn megahorn and/or poison jab. You will definitely need to raise the ones you have more. The champs highest is a level 66 and it will likely kill most of your team in one shot. Youll need to raise to at very least level 60. Whats with N/A? You need 4 useful moves on you Pokemon to be effective. Please put gyro ball instead of either of those two moves on steelix. You also need to take advantage of the pokemons higher stat, I mean special attack or physical attack. For instance Luxray has a higher attack then special, yet thunder and chargebeam are both special attacks, same with gyarados. Notice how his surf move does squat? It's because he has a low low low special attack but a super high attack stat. See if you can give him waterfall instead, it will be way more damage.
Their levels are decent. Level them up to around level 60. Your only choice for a fire Pokemon would be Rapidash, which by the way can be EXTREMELY useful. He helps with the first member and the champion. Catch a Ponyta, and level him up.
To get to specific areas:
Torterra: Wood Hammer and Earthquake are good. I'm not a huge fan of Grass Knot, as it is possible to run into light, fast, and strong pokemon. Wood Hammer only has 5 PP, however, so teach him something like Energy Ball.
Steelix: Flash Cannon and Iron Tail? That's it? Just two steel moves? Teach him a good Ground move, such as Earthquake. Use a Heart Scale to re-teach him Thunder Fang, and Ice Fang in place of Iron Tail.
Honchkrow: Nasty Plot, Shadow Ball, and Dark Pulse work great; If you want to keep Fly, fine, but otherwise, replace it with Aerial Ace or something.
Gyarados: The worst moveset I've seen from him; I'm sorry, but you have to work on this. Auqa Tail, Ice Fang, Earthquake; at least. You can keep Toxic, if you want.
Luxray: Crunch is good. I reccomend breeding to get Ice Fang, and then Thunder Fang. Howl or Thunder Wave for the last move.
And for your Rapidash, Flare Blitz, Will-O-Wisp, Sunny Day, and Solar Beam.
Dude, don't waste your time. First of all, if you're about to go up against the elite4, your Pokemon should have 6 moves in their arsenal. Second get your Pokemon atleast level 60 or higher and finally, this may be too much work, but catch another pokemon.
You don't have to have Lvl60 Pokemon,I beat them with Lvl40s.
