Super move Tutor
I was wondering where is the supermove tutor, the one who teaches draco meter and frenzy plant. Any help would be appreciated.

If you go north os solecale town then left of that moo-moo molk shop throught the forest use cut and rock climb some rocks then eventualy (after you battle all the trainers there) you will see a house in there is an old lady and she will give you the moves. But draco meter can only be learnt by dragons and frenzy plant can only be learnt by grass pokemon. Hopee I helped. ^_^

There are two move tutors; to get to either, you have to get pretty far in the game.
The move tutor who teaches Draco Meteor is found on Route 210. Fly to Celestic Town, and go all the way the right. Use Rock Climb to go down the wall, and Rock Climb again to go back up. You should encounter some Dragon Tamer right away; once you beat him, you should see a house. The move tutor is located in that house. WARNING: The move tutor can teach Draco Meteor ONLY to Dragon Pokemon who LIKE you.
To move tutor who teaches Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn, and the water one is in the Eastern Island, meaning you'll need to obtain the National Dex and beat the E4. Once this is done, go to Route 227. There should be two houses on this route, I believe. The one around the center-right part of Route 227 should be where the move tutor lives. WARNING: The move tutor can teach: Frenzy Plant ONLY to Venusaur, Meganium, Sceptile, and Torterra; Blast Burn ONLY to Charizard, Typhlosion, Blaziken, and Infernape; and the water move ONLY to Blastoise, Feraligatr, Marshtomp, and Empoleon. Any Pokemon you teach a move to has to LIKE you.
