A Cherish Ball can only be obtained at a Nintendo Event. What makes it so special to only be obtained at a Nintedno Event, I do not know.
And to your second question, I don't see why you couldn't... I've never played Pokemon Battle Revolution, so I honestly wouldn't know from experience, but I don't see why not.
Actually, I know this is going to sound dumb, considering my aforementioned opinion of you-tube, but I saw the Japanese version of 'Revolution' that had shiny Pokemon playing, so I don't see why you wouldn't be able to... That is if you can transfer Pokemon to 'revolution' then shiny Pokemon shouldn't be any different...
The Pokemon that you receive at special events come in cherish balls. You can't use them for anything else, because they already have Pokemon in them. Maybe people are hacking the game data and getting them so they can use them somehow, but I don't know. Luck to me? I hope so... I accidentally erased the only shiny I've ever encountered!
