Unfortunately, you can't. The only way is to migrate one from Emerald [you can find one in the Battle Frontier]. You can also cheat, but I do NOT reccomend that.

You may alsofind them in LeafGreen and FireRed. Then trade them.
A convoluted way is to get one in Collosseum or XD I think,and trade it to your gamboy advance gamepak, then migrate to diamond.

No you can't. Your choices are:
Migrating from emerald, fire red, or leaf green.
Trading with someone who has Pearl. I recommend offering a Mr Mime, they are exclusive to Diamond.
Request one over WI-FI.

Well, after defeating the elite 4, you can go to the Pokemon mansion and if you're lucky (don't need much luck) the old man will tell about a bonsly he saw. After that, go to the trophy garden and keep looking until you get one, you could try the next day, I think it's more common that way. When you get one, level it up to lv.33 in which it learns mimic, once learned, it will evolve, and there you Sudowoodo
