How do you get the three starters in G/S/C Chikorita Cyndaquil Totodile

You have to migrate them from Emerald. If you want all three, then you need to catch all Pokemon in the Hoenn Dex three times in Emerald >_> [Once you capture all the Pokemon in the Hoenn Dex, Birch calls you and gives you ONE of the three Jhoto Starters].
There's also cheating, but I don't reccomend it.

In Pokemon colosseum, you may get one of either Bayleef, Croconaw or Quilava as the first shadow Pokemon you snag. Later in the game you have the option to snag the other two.
Snag all three, purify them, trade them to a gameboy advance Pokemon cart, and raise them in a daycare center with a ditto. You will get an egg for each one. Hatch the egg and you will have a Cyndaquil, Chikorita, and Totodile.
Either that, or migrate your Bayleef, Croconaw and Quilava to diamond and pearl and use the daycare center there with your ditto.
(If they've evolved into Meganium, Feraligatr and Typhlosion that's ok, you will still get the first in the evolution chain from the eggs)
