Yeah, you can beat the elite four using lvl50 pkmn, but if you want a ground type, try flygon. It's ground/dragon and it's ability is levitate. I like flygon, but you probably can't get one yet as you haven't beaten the elite four... Are you able to use palpark? If so, this, or quagsire which is water/ground type. within diamond and pearl, you can catch gible/gabite/garchomp which is dragon/ground type. Might be good.

Hi. You should teach your golduck ice beam, surf, psychic, and maybe focus blast. Your infernape should know earthquake, flamethrower, close combat, and maybe grass knot. Your dialga, just keep the moves it came with when you caught it, I would take out uxie, and replace him for gyrados(gyrados can really help you with the Pokemon league). Gyrados might know ice fang, dragon dance, waterfall, and maybe dragon rage(i think thats the name, the one that always does 40 damage). I think you said you had luxray, which should know thunder fang, bite, tunder wave, and something of your choice. I hope I helped, but keep in mind I often ask supercheats people for help myself, so, yea...

Actually I would get dialga to lvl 54, raise golduck to lvl 51, luxray to 52, and for a ground type try steelix or onix (can be caught in victory road. Or replace onix with a grass type pokemon. For the Second Elite 4.

Got wifi? You can breed your infernape to get a chimchar which you can easily trade for a turtwig who will grow up into a beautiful ground/grass type and will learn earthquake all on it's own. Wood hammer is a nice bonus as well. Gastrodon and whishcash are less popular examples. Garchomp is awesome, but wont learn earthquake all on it's own. Hippowdon will also work as long as you play him right given the sandstorm ability.

O_O Um level 50 is not an acceptable level for the Elites. If I can borrow that buff Luxray I'll trade you a Hippowdon level 52. ;) Female or male? Oh, also I suggest one. They are pretty powerful. Mine almost knocked out my inferape at level 65...

Whiscash isn't a bad choice because his only weaknesses are Grass and Dragon moves. Plus, he can learn an Ice attack [Ice Beam, for example] to take both his weaknesses. Other choices would include Onyx/Steelix or Graveller/Golem.

One really good ground type is garchomp it's also doubles as a dragon type but you will have to do some breeding to get the perfect garchomp

That team sucks! get them all to atleast lvl 60 get rid of uxie and golduck luxray is okay but you should spend some time in the trophy garden to get a boy and girl pikachu atleast one of them has to have a light ball then throw them in the daycare and raise that egg like youve never done b4! I have the best raichu ever and I raised it from aan egg (if one of the parents has a light ball it will be born with volt tackle) also infernape isnt such a good idea you need a fire tyoe against lucian and infernaoes fighting type will be a liability dialga is fine but I would prefer rayquazza I might as well tell you my team Charizard Empoleon Rayquazza Lucario Gallade Raichu they all rock!
