Question for Pokemon Diamond

Hey guys thanks I got my dragon scale. Now that I have a kingdra, I need a good move set for him. His nature is one of those that has none/none (nuetral), and I would appreciate it if you could tell me a good moveset for him. He knows dragon pulse, and I want to keep it. So I need 3 other moves for him, one of them being water, please. I have him right now with dragon pulse, surf, leer, and focus energy. His ability is sniper which makes his critical hits x3 instead of x2, so thats why I have focus energy. But feel free to tell me to take it away or anything. Just please tell me 4 moves that kingdra would be awesome with. Thanks alot to whoever helps.

Item: Leftovers
Dragon Pulse, Ice Beam, Surf, Rest/Toxic.

You don't need Focus Punch since his ability already makes it a good chance of hitting a critical hit.

Obviously, Dragon Pulse and Surf for STAB. Dragon Pulse and Ice Beam take out Kingra's weakness, Dragon. However, with this moveset, you're helpless against Electric pokemon. Rest for an emergancy, OR Toxic to wither away you're opponent's HP.

To be honest, Kingdra really isn't the best pokemon to have in your team.

Dragon Dance, Hydro Pump and, maybe um...Anything else. Not a water or dragon move though. Some other type. Maybe ice beam if he can learn it.

I believe this set would be probly the best move set you coulfd have for your kingdra

1.dragon pulse
2.hydro cannon strong and powerfull attack
3.dive to help avoid other dangerous attacks
4.rest to regain health

How about: Surf Dragon Pulse Ice Beam Giga Impact
Or maybe: Hydro Pump Dragon Pulse Blizzard Natural Gift
You could try: Brine Dragon Pulse Dragon Dance Flash Cannon

Hmmm... I think maybe Dragon Pulse, Surf, Ice Beam and Hydro Pump. Who ever said Dragon Dance, there is no point in having it. It raises attack. These moves are all specials.
