What are most or all Pokemon with good Defense AND Special Defense? Example: Bastiodon

Yeah there is a Pokemon with the highest defense. And thats shuckle. If you raise him high enough adn with the most power and medical items you can give it's defense (like mines is at lv100 and defense is a whopin 500)then you get the best defended Pokemon on Pokemon land...

Al in all, the best Pokemon with good defense and special defense [however, HORRIBLE attack, special attack, and speed] would be Shuckle.

Shuckle has the highest defence. I think. There are many others with high defence.
