Well Shiny Pokemon show up whenever they are random.
The easy ways to obtain a shiny are to ask for one in the trading caht room on this site. Or buy an action replay and use the code below to obatin a Shiny Pokemon:
Wild Pokemons are Shiny !!! *
This code will create a 100% LEGIT shiny Pokemon, ie. undetectable by anyone. However, as the code makes the
Game compute the 'shiny-ness' for you, it creates a small
Lag before every battle. And yes, you have to check your
Trainer card (press X, then select your trainer name)
Each time you reload the game, else the code won't
Work properly.

There is probablly 1/1999 chances you will encounter a shiny Pokemon,Unless you have an action replay wich the code for all shiny Pokemon would be 12068ac6 000046c0

Whoa man, you need to work on your grammar big time. First of all it's can. No, no one can help you get a shiny. Anyone who is anyone knows that there is a 1/8192 chance of running into a shiny Pokemon at any given time. Now don't start counting and think that when you are at number 8191 that the next one will be a shiny, it doesnt work like that. Thats just the odds, it's independent of the previous results. Im sure you didnt understand any of that but basically what I'm saying is that you must get lucky as heck to get a shiny. I have one, and it's a boring old fearow.

It's possible to run into a shiny version of any Pokemon once in every 800 times. It's very improbable that you'll even run into one, but it is possible to do without cheating.

You can just use an action replay to get every shiny you want. Without an ar the chance that a shiny will appear is about 1/3245
