Froslass:You get here by evolving a girl snorunt with a dawn stone. It won't work if it's boy.
Arceus:You either need action replay or need to go to an event.
Action replay:You need to find the code for the Azure flute.
Event:You wait a Pokemon anniversary until they give it out in New York.

You get Froslass by using a Dawn Stone on a female Snorunt, which is found on Routes 216, 217, and Acuity Lakefront using the Poke Radar.
Arceus is obtained at the top of Mt Coronet [Spear Pillar] by using the Azure Flute, which is obtained through a Nintendo Event or by cheating, in the exact spot you battled Dialga.

To obtain Froslass, you need a Female Snorunt. To get a Snorunt, you can either migrate it from Ruby, Sapphire, Emearld, OR by using the Pok�Radar on Routes 216, 217 and the area around Lake Acuity. Once there, obtain a Female one. Get a Dawn Stone and use it on Snorunt, if it's Female, you'll have a Froslass.
Arceus is an event Pok�mon. You cannot obtain one legitimately, so you would need to use an Action Replay and/or Pok�Sav to get it. If you use AR, you have to do it on another game and use Mystery Gift on your game to make it work once you get it. Anyway, go to the Spear Pillar, which is where you battled Dialga. You play the flute, and then a stairway will appear from the Heaven's. Ascend up and you will battle a Wild Arceus at Level 80. It's not much of a threat if you have Level 90+ Pok�mon, the attacks it wields really aren't much of a threat. Ultra Balls/Quick Balls/Timer Balls/Master Ball is what you should use on it. It's really tough. Good luck!

You need to use a dawn stone on a female snorunt. To get arceus use a AR or wait for the nintendo event.

Arceus is an event pokemon. It has not been released by nintendo as of yet. How ever there is an Action Replay code for this. You press L+R and goto the pokemart or pokecenter and find a guy in all green to get the flute from him, then go back to where you got the Diamond or Pearl pokemon.play the flute and stairs will appear. Goto the top and you will find Arcreus there. Here's the code:
