You can't catch beginner pokemon. You have to start a game with one.
You can catch groudon in Ruby and Emerald
You cant.
Get a bulbasaur in leafgreen or firered and migrate it. then evolve it twice.
You can't catch them on the ds games. Unless you migrate them into pal park.
Kyogre can be caught in sapphire
Groudon can be caught in ruby
Kyogre and groudon can both be caught in emerald
Have fun!
1. No you cannot catch starters anywhere. 2. Groudon and Kyogre cannot be caught in the wild. You have to migrate them from R/S/E. Although, you could bypass the game's set Pokemon with the pkmn mod code
Simply no and no. Only way to get venusaur is by migrating, either directly from FR/LG or trade to emerald then migrate. Same deal with Groudon and Kyogre. Only migrating. Now of course this is with the assumption that you don't have a cheating device, if you do, by all means you can get them by cheating.
Sorry to tell you this but.............your friend lied to you. You cannot catch Venusaur anywhere in Pokemon Diamond. You can only catch it in Pal Park, once you migrate it obviously. Now, here's the answer to question number two: No. You cannot catch a Groudon or Kyogre anywhere in Pokemon Diamond. Unless, again, you migrate it into the game and catch it in Pal Park.
Your friend is a liar; you can't catch any Venusaur on Route 224. Nor Bulbasaur or Ivysaur. You have to migrate it from FR/LG.
You can only migrate Groudon from Ruby or Emerald, and Kyogre from Sapphire or Emerald. You can't catch either in-game.
