No you can't but if you want Pokemon from other regions migrate them and catch them at pal park.

You cannot go to any other regions in this, or any other currently released game that is not Pokemon Gold, Pokemon Silver, or Pokemon Crystal.

No, you cannot go to a different region, PERIOD. This was only done in Gold/Silver/Crystal, and I don't think they'll do this with any other Pokemon game in the future.

NO. How many times do I have to say that to people?!!? The only games where you can go to a different region are Silver, Gold and Crystal. You go from Johto, to Kanto.

Unfortunatley, you can't go to another region in D/P/Plt. I don't own a lot of games, but HeartGold/SoulSilver G/S/C can go to another region is Kanto.
