In order to get a aerodactyl, kabuto, and Omanyte I need to revive Old Amber, Dome and helix fossils. Where and how do I get/find them and once I do where do I go to revive them? And is there any other fossils that I need to find and revive?

When you go underground you can find fossils when you dig in the walls.
To revive them bring them to the spazzy guy in the counter at the oreburgh museum.
You can also find claw, root, skull, and shield fossils. Although shield fossils are really hard to find in diamond
Once you obtain the National Dex [this is done by seeing all 150 Pokemon in the Sinnoh Dex], go underground [using the Explorer's Kit] and dig in the walls. You'll sometimes run into fossils. It's possible to run into the Dome Fossil [Kabuto], Helix Fossil [Omanyte], Old Amber [Aerodactyl], Claw Fossil [Anorith], Root Fossil [Lilleep], and the Skull Fossil [Rampardos] in Diamond OR the Armor Fossil [Bastiodon] in Pearl.
You can revive any of these fossils in the museum in the northeastern corner of Oreburgh City. Talk to the guy behind the counter, and he'll revive the Pokemon for you.
You gind them in the underground. You revive them at the Oreborough Mining Mueseum. There are two fossils that you have to go to The Resort Area and then go underground to get. It could be three, though, and I don't know which two or three they are.
