Question for Pokemon Diamond
Hey everyone,
Where is that guy that looks at your pokemon's footprints? What town, or route is he on? He reads the pokemon's thoughts by their footprint. I swear I've looked in every town.
And
How many ribbons do you need before you're able to go in that building at the resort area?

1) The guy that looks at your Pokemon foot prints in a house on the beach. The quick way to reach the house is fly or go to Pastoria City. Head right through the walk way. When you emerge on the other side head south you should see the house it is the only one on the beach front.
2) You need have at-least 10 Ribbons on a Pokemon in your party to enter.

I can only awnser question 1 there is a house on route 213 on the beach

The footprint guy is on the route east of Pastoria(213 I think). To get in the Resort Area you need to have 10 or more ribbons on one pokemon.
