Where do I find Finneon & Mothim?

Question for Pokemon Diamond
Where do I find Finneon & Mothim? I need to find them to get the National poke dexs. Even if there is a trainer with one I like to know where he/she is.

1)You can find Finneon in these various locations by fishing in Route 205 or 218 to 221. Fish with Good Rod or Super Rod. There is also are 2 trainers on Route 222 & Route 223 that have Finneon in their party as well.
2)You can find Mothim on Route 210. There is an Ace Trainer who has one at lvl 25.
3) Last but no least you can always use the Global trade Station to obtain any of these Pokemon via trade.

Well finneon you can find it fishing by Iron Island and Mothim there is a trainer that has it where you need to use defog after the psyducks move out of the way.Then keep going forward until you need to go up the cliff and battle the guy with green hair.

Finneon can be found from some swimmers on Route 223.
Mothim can be found from a male ace trainer on Route 210.
