If you have an action replay wich thats the only way you can get ? In you're party then put a team code in you're AR then activate it and viola it works I'm sure of it and if you don't have an AR goodluck buddy

Is it black? If it's name is uknown (unkown is his name) just go to the pc center (the place with a pc on it and has a red roof) and next to the lady that heals your Pokemon on the right hand side in the back of the place you will see a little blue tv looking thing go up to it and prees A it will say (your name) booted up the pc then it will ask wich pc should be accessesd? Than press A and don't go down or anything just hit A.next and press A two times and don't press it more than three times hit it twice and you will see your Pokemon press a twice on the thing you want to get rid of and it will ask to put it in a box and just press A and your done!!!! A... A question mark? Like the one at the end of this sentence? Well, I'd guess maybe you spoofed up an action replay code and it stuck there. I don't know hoe to get rid of it...
