Why won't my Feebas evolve?

Question for Pokemon Diamond
Why won't my Feebas evolve? I fed it so many Poffins that it won't eat anymore, it doesn't look like the Beauty is maxed out but I don't know how to continue to raise it without feeding Feebas and as I said before, he won't eat anything else! Does it have to reach a certain level? Or is there another way to raise it's beauty? Please Help!

Get anotehr feebas. As far as I know it has to have maxed out beauty to evolve. Obviously yours dosent. Get another and use pamtre berrys (i think).

I havent evolved a feebas before but if I remember right you have to get it's beauty to max and then raise it one level. If it is that then if you can't get it's beauty to max breed it with a ditto and try it again.

If it can't be fed more, catch another feebas. It HAS to reach full beauty, before level 100, because it has to level up once after it reaches max beauty.

Get a new one and use pamtre berries. Your feeba probably wont evolve.
