Question for Pokemon Diamond
I have been EV training a Turtwig starting at lv 5, it has a Brave nature and I am raising it's attk stats. I fed it 10 vitamins that raise the attk first and using a Action Replay I make it battle Machamps wich give 3 attk EV and also gave it the power bracer wich give an additional 4 attk evs, now in the beggining the stat rose up to six points but now I evolved and it sudenly decreased even when it receive more because of the amount of exp it needs to go to the next level, It happen after it rose to lv 24. Does it means that the ev for attk is maxed or what? How many ev points are taken in consideration on each level up?

Well judging by what you are saying, it may have hit 255 ev points already, that is the max for a stat the 10 vitamins gave it 100, so that means you only need to kill about26 machamps
