Hey howdya trade the thingys underground? It wont let me! And wheres the supid dubis disk?

Find a hiker/Friend near you.
For the Dubious Disk find Prof.Oak's home in Eterna City
Before that you need to go to pal park and Oak will give you the National
Pokedex.

Find a guy underground (they will all be mountain men) just talk to them and they will trade you items.

While underground, have a friend be underground also, and just talk to them to give them an item/decoration/etc.
The Dubious Disc is obtained on Route 225, after you obtain the National Dex and beat the E4.

Talk to a hiker and he'll trade. (You have to trade spheres). On route 225.
