South of Hearthome city. You can miss it. Tons of gentlemen and socialites are around it.

Well I don,t think it is called a Mansion, but the only huge house is located South of Hawthorne city, just go south from were you bump with a Lopunny and the girl, and go down you will see the walls.
Note: In the beginning is not that really important but after you see all the Sinnoh Pokemon and you get the National Dex rare Pokemon will appear there these are some of them: Evee and Porygon.

The Pokemon Mansion? I think I know what you're talking about... It's a big house that takes up half the northern part of Route 212, which is south of Hearthome City.

Go to the bottom left of Hearthorme and choose the bottom house thingy. The mansion should be there.
