Question for Pokemon Diamond

Hi it's the first time I'm trying to use the gts, and I want to trade my dialga for a mewtwo. But when I go to the gts and on Pokemon name m, mewtwo doesnt show up. How come? Do I have to see him in my pokedex or something? I've tried to seek mewtwo and also deposit dialga for him, but he doesnt show up. I've seen people ask for mews and stuff but I don't know how.

Yes you have to see him first. And some one has to want dialga for there mewtwo before you just "trade" it.
