I just got the national dex and followed Buck up stark mountain, and then he took the magma stone and left. What do I do next?

I think you have to go to his house at the survival area and the guy there says for him to put the magma stone back and then you go back to stark mountain and go to where you went before and you will see heatran at level 70

I honestly don't know, but I beleive the next time you go back through stark mountain you can find Heatran.
