Question for Pokemon Diamond

PLEASE ANSWER !!!!!

I need the exact location of the SKY PLATE
Which waterfall in Pokemon league because there is one before victory road and another after victory road.

I need the exact steps to get the SKY PLATE PLEASE

AND I heard there is a ???? Plate ( same type as the move CURSE )

The exact location is somewhere underground I would assume. Seeing as how most are found there.

Wouldnt know never heard of one.

Ah, you're right in there being one waterfall before and another after Victory Road. You need to go down the one AFTER Victory Road. Start using your Dousing Machine there until you have luck in finding it [it's near the northwest corner of that area].

And I do believe that there is NOT a plate such as that. Without cheating, that is.

Hi. About the Sky Plate... You can obtain it by digging it out in underground. I'm so sorry... There may not be an easier way. Why not try both? If I find any answers, i'll tell you. ;)
