Hi. Does anybody know where the name deleter is (or something like that)? I'm talking about the man that makes you able to give a Pokemon a nickname. I would be very grateful if anyone replies.

You mean the name rater. He's in Eterna City. Inside the building that says, "Eterna Condiminums. Name-Rating Services available!" or something like that. He's the old man to the bottom left.
