#65. Drifloon: found in front of the Valley Windworks every Friday.
#115. Riolu: hatched from the egg Riley gives you in Iron Mountain when you team up with him and defeat the Galactic grunts at the end.
#135. Lumineon: a few swimmers on Route 223 has one.

45-Burmy-Bug Catcher in Eterna Forest
65-Drifloon-Trainer in Hearthome Gym or every Friday at Valley Windworks
115-Riolu-Hatch from the egg you get from Riley after helping him in Iron Island or fight a Trainer in the Oreburgh gate. You need Surf to get to him
135-Lumineon-Swimmer on Rotue 223

65: Drifloon Found in front of Weather Instutute On Fridays.
115: Riolu - Obtained as a egg from Riley.
135: Lumineon - Alot of places, fishing at route 220, canalave city, and iron island.
