You can only get a darkrai by hacking it, waiting for the event, or use an action replay to walk through anything go to full moon island and walk through the sailor that took you there and keep heading east until you reach new moon island thats where darkrai is but darkrai is at level 40 not level 70

Yes. Get a Darkrai through Nintendo Event, cheating or trading with someone who has one and raise it to Lv 70.

A legit one is level 40.
To get a level 70, you'd have to trade/cheat.

I don't think you can get a level 70 darkrai by just catching it. But, if you have an AR (action replay) you can use the walk/run anywhere cheat. If you do use that what you do is: 1-go to canalave city (far southwest part of map). 2- talk to the sailor and go to fullmoon island. 3-use the walk/run anywhere cheat and head directly east from the sailor.
