You can`t buy them anywhere, you have to find them and there is only two in the game.

Route 213, Galactic HQ inVeilstone, and Stark Mountain.
You very rarely find in Underground and find it rarely on Pokemon who has the Pickup ability.
The only other way is to use the Dousing Machine all over, and you might get lucky. You're bound to find more Ethers/Elixers, though.

Don't know but you can get something else in eterna city! A herb shop! You can buy revival herbs for 2800! They do the same as max revive!

I think you might be able to bye them somewhere,but you can win them in the lottery.

You have to mine them by going underground. You go underground by getting a mining kit from an old dude in eterna city. He lives by the poke center.

You find them in several locations in Sinnoh, but I have lots of luck finding them in the underground. So you should look in the underground.

You can't on land but you can did it up underground (its rare to find it)

To obtain max revives you must either find the two above the ground or use the explorer kit you obtain in eterna city to go into the sinnoh underground and excavate them out of the wall
