Question for Pokemon Diamond

How do I get the Pokemon that you have to transfer to pal park and the special event pokemon.
I don't have the following:
Wi-fi
Action Replay
The Gameboy Pokemon game

(Note: I am not going to a special event to get 1)

First of all you can't transfer to pal park if you don't have a GBA game. And you can only get special event Pokemon by special events or by cheating.

If you don't plan on getting an AR or Wi-Fi, then you can count on having only the Pokemon that can be found in-game in Diamond.

If you aren't going to a Nintendo Event to get the event Pokemon, your only other choice is the AR, and if you don't plan on getting that, well, you're lucked out.

If you don't have any other GBA Pokemon game and don't plan on getting one, then you're stuck with Pokemon that can be caught in-game.

Unless you have Wi-Fi to trade with someone in the world, but if you don't plan on getting that, then you're out of luck in your whole entire question. Sorry.
