#16. Move Chart: from the president of the Poketch company after obtaining the 7th badge.
#17. Calendar: from a guy in Sunnyshore City by showing him a Pokemon with a serious nature.
#18. Dot Artist: from the same guy in Sunnyshore City by showing a Pokemon with a naive nature.
#19. Roulette: from the same guy in Sunnyshore City by showing him a Pokemon with a quirky nature.

I don't remember where I got the app 6 but the others are found in jubilife city in the poketch company talking once a day with the guy near the counter and the other ones in Sunyshore city by helping someone with the natures about pokemon.

You'll find them all!

6=Friendship APP:Talk to the woman in Eterna City.
16=Move Tester APP:Talk to the man in the Jubilife Poketch station[first floor-after you get the 6-7 badge]
17=Calender APP:In Sunnyshore City,use Rock Climb to get to a house,show him a Pokemon with a serious nature.
18=Dot Artist APP:Go to the guy in Sunnyshore,show him a Pokemon that has a naive nature.
19=Rulette APP:Go to the guy in Sunnyshore,show him a Pokemon with a quirky nature.


PS:I might have spelled 19 APP wrong,Ignore that,O.K?Also,the natures may be random,just get him the one he asks 4.

17-Calendar-Show someone in Sunyshore a Pokemon w/ Serious nature(east side of town, need Rock Climb to get to his house)
