Where do I get the hm rock climb and how do I get my baby lucario to get friendly with me so it evolves

You find it on Route 217, there is a house, it is right above it. When you get it take it into that house to recieve an Icicle Plate. Your Riolu must not faint, you must give it a soothe bell, you must use Stat raising items on it, and you must give it massages. You can tell how much it loves you using the 6th poketch app. 2 Big hearts means it will evolve. It will evolve between 4:00 A.M and 8:00 P.M.

You can get rock climb on route 217 and above a man's house.
Give it alot of items (like protien, calcium etc) until it cant take no more and then make it grow 1 level and it will evolve.

HM08 Rock Climb is found near a house on the western side of Route 217.
To get any Pokemon to like you, doing these things always works:
- Make the Pokemon hold the Soothe Bell [from a maid on Route 212].
- Keep the Pokemon in your team, and do not deposit them.
- Give them berries that increase happiness [but lower a stat].
- Give them status uppers [HP Up, for example].
- Rare candies help out big time.
- Battle with them, AND NEVER LET THEM LOSE.
Now train your Riolu up during the day and you're bound to get a Lucario in no time.
