What do you mean, how do you cheat to get them?? That's just a ridiculous question.
You cheat to get the Member's Pass for Darkrai, the Oak's Letter for Shaymin, and the Azure Flute for Arceus!
With the Member's Pass, go to Harbor Inn in Canalave City and stay a night, then pick up the item you see and give it to the sailor in town and he'll take you to Newmoon Island where you'll find Darkrai.
With the Oak's Letter, go to the end of Route 224 and talk to Oak. A path will open up that will lead to Flower Paradise where you'll find Shaymin.
With the Azure Flute, go to Spear Pillar on the top of Mt. Coronet and go in the exact spot where you last fought Dialga. Use the Azure Flute and stairs will appear in front of, and at the top is where you'll find Arceus.
