After you go threw the door were the man in victory road farther up there is a big silver rock a mirror coated like thing what does that do

Nothing.
Once you've obtained the Oak's Letter by going to a Nintendo Event or by cheating, Oak will be waiting for you in front of that rock, and a path that leads to Shaymin will appear beyond it, but other than that, it serves absolutely no other purpose.

Absolutely nothing to be short. Once you get Oak's Letter by hacking with an Action Replay or going to one of Japan's events, you can meet Oak there and talk with him. At a certain point, Shaymin, a legendary Pokemon, will come to you and then flee. Follow it, and battle it. It is level 30. Hope this helps!

Nothing of any use unless you have Oak's Letter by cheating or a Nintendo Event. Then you can fight a Lv 30 Shaymin
