You DON'T. Simple as that.
WHY do people think they can go to different regions? It really is starting to annoy me.

My god. No you can't. This is really ticking me off. Why is it that you can go to kanto in G/S/C, and now people think you can go from Sinnoh in Diamond? Jesus Christ. Hope you come to your senses.

You can't unles you go to a sertain event that has oak's letter.

The only games where you can go to another region, are: Pokemon Silver, Gold, and Crystal. You go to Kanto. You CANNOT go to any other region in Diamond or Pearl. As far as I know anyway.

You cannot go to other regions in this game,the only other game that you could do that in was Pokemon crystal where you could cross from jhoto to kanto.

I actully don't know how. BUT!!!! My salamence has a hoenn Champ badge which make NO SENSE since you can't go to different reigons
