Hi
I was wondering where I could find a moon stone because a have a nidorino at level 100 shiney and I would like to evolve it into a shiny nidoking please help me find the moon stone

You can get a moon stone by digging it up underground. It my take some time though, moon stones are pretty rare to find. You can also migrate a Pokemon that is holding a moon stone. Either way you should find one eventually.

The only place to find moon stones are on wild clefairy's or in the underground.

A moon stone can be found underground. Not the most common thing you find underground at first, but once you obtain the National Dex it becomes easier to find. In my game, at least...
I think it's also possible for a Pokemon to pick it up using their ability Pickup, but I'm not too sure about that. Don't take it for granted.
