There is only a slim chance this works. You try to capture a shadow Tyrogue in Pokemon Coliseum. Then, beat the game. After, you have to follow the instructions of how to trade into Pokemon Ruby. Lastly, after you have finished those steps, you can migrate to Diamond. Hope this helps!

Once you've obtained the National Dex and Poke Radar, you can use the Poke Radar on Routes 208 and 211. He's pretty rare, so have patience with him.

Tyrogue, eh? Well, it's pretty simple. Just migrate a Hitmonchan or Hitmonlee and breed it with a Ditto. It's as easy as that.

You have to migrate a hitmonchan/hitmonlee/mitmontop and have them mate in the daycare with a ditto........hatch the egg and TA DA! Tyrogue

You go to route 208 which is west of hearthome but only after you beat the game hope this helps
