There are three ways to get more master balls.

1. Get very lucky at the lottery in Jubilife by getting an exact match.
2. Trade on wi-fi. Make sure the Pokemon you will get has a held matser ball.
3. Trade with one of the people that have an Action Replay. Maybe they will help you out.

Hope this helps!

Win the Loto

Without cheating, it is possible that if you match all 5 numbers in the Lotto Ticket game in the Jubilife TV Station, you can get a Master Ball.

Kongboy answered:

Try your luck at the ID contest where they match you ID number to another number.
