Question for Pokemon Diamond
Is there any way to see any of the starters in ruby,sapphire, and emerald without having to do the pal-park catching show? For example: in a battle. Because in the battle tower, it doesn't add the Pokemon to the pokedex and I want to have those starters in my game. Thanks for your help!

Sorry, Pal Parking the starters of any other gen is the only way.

You could migrate them from other games if you don't want to use codes.

You can see them in the Battle Tower, but like you said it doesn't count toward the pokedex. You cna only get them by migrating
