You type in an action replay code and you go into the PokeCenter and talk to a man in a green jacket right infront of the register. He will hand you an egg of Manphany.

I went into the union room and shut the power off then I went to the main screen (options, continue, etc..) then I do the transfer thing. Go to forums for more help.

You need 2 DS consoles, one with diamond in it and the other with ranger in it. Then follow the instructions on how to trade it over to diamond.
