Along Route 214. You will need to have the National Dex. You will need Defog and Rock Climb to get to Giratina

You have to first beat the E4 and obtain the National Dex.
Then, go to Spring Path [I think] off of Route 214, go down the wall using Rock Climb, and go in the cave. Defog and Rock Smash are reccomended to get through this cave as it will make it easier, but either way, you're in Turnback Cave.
Time is distorted and the rooms are random, so just go through random rooms until you're in the same room as Giratina. He's level 70 and is the third to Dialga and Palkia [he's the "spirit" mentioned in the legends you might have heard about in the game].

The first question I am going to ask you is did you beat the Elite Four. The second question I'm going to ask you is did you get the national dex. If the answer to both those questions is yes than I can tell you where turnback cave is located. To get to Turnback cave you head North from Lake Valor Lakefront untill you find the path that you have never seen there before. You go down considerably long path and you come the hidden lake. Go across to the other side of the lake and you are at turn back cave. Its very confusing but just jkeep going straight and you should be just fine. Hopoe this helped please rate :D

It's located between just south of veilstone city. To enter it you have to have beaten the elite 4 and have the national pokedex.
