Okay thanks to all you answered my 3 qwestions but I'm just asking now how do I get
1 spiritomb (catch it)
2 mt moonview I think it is

Get an Odd Keystone from a Black Belt on Rotue 208, lake in Twinleaf, or digging underground. Use it with Hallowed Tower on Rotue 209 and go underground. Wirlessly talk wiht 32 people by going up and down or in and out of your secret base. After talking to the 32, go back to Hallowed Tower and save. Spiritomb is Lv 25

1. This is a very annoying process. First, get the Odd Keystone from a black belt on Route 207, I think? [Southwest of Hearthome]. Now, go to Route 209 and put the Keystone in that stone pillar. That was the easy part. Next comes the hard part. You need to have met 32 people underground, which can be 2 ways:
A. Talk to 32 different people underground in one-go.
B. Talk to one person 32 times by doing this process 32 times!: Go underground, talk to them, and go back up. Make sure that on your profile card Underground says that you've met 32 people.
Now, go back to the stone pillar on Route 209 and talk to it, and you'll battle a level 25 Spiritomb.
2. Mt. Moonview?? I don't even think that's a translation from a Japanese word... Sorry, but I don't even know what it is.

You get spiritomb by talking to 32 people (not the people to trade items) underground.
It is New Moon Island. You have to do a Event and beat the Elite 4.

1) You must place an ODD KEYSTONE in the stone tower on route 209, then go underground and talk to 32 people. Return to the stone tower and save the game. Then talk to the tower and a spiritomb will apear.
2)Umm I have no idea what you're talking about. Maybe your talking about: Mt Coronet, Stark Mountain, Full Moon island or New Moon Island.

To get Spiritomb, you must.
1. Get an odd keystone
2. Talk to 32 people underground
Spiritomb will awaken then. Hope this helps!
