Hey in order to get the poke radar you have to beat the elite four and have had seen all 150 Pokemon that are on sinnoh go to professor rowan and he will give you the poke radar

After getting the National Dex go to route 221 and there will be a building there inside there you can get the Pokeradar.

You need to go to harthome city go to once you come frome the bery house go throu the pass to get to harthome and once you come out DONT MOVE WALK TO STEPS FOR WARD AND GO DOUN AND THEN DAWN OR THE BOY WILL COME UP CHOUS WICTEVER HAND YOU LIKE AND you will get it

You get it when you get the national pokedex and go to the palpark and I think Prof. Oak gives it to you.Or cheat to get it

After seeing everyone in the Sinnoh Dex go to Prof Rowan and Oak will show up. When he leaves go to Pal Park. He will give it to you there

See all 150 pok�mon in Shinnoh then go and speak to Professor Rowan. You'll be given it along with the National Pok�dex upgrade.

Once you've obtained the National Dex by seeing all 150 Pokemon in the Sinnoh Dex, go to Pal Park at the end of Route 221 and talk to Professor Oak there, and he'll give it to you.

When you have completed the Shinnoh dex, go to Professor Rowan and he'll give you the national dex and the pokeradar.
