Does anyone know if the sayings from the plates(Ex. Draco plate)mean anything?And what happens when you find them all

You can put them on the legendary Pokemon Arceus. It will ghange his type depending on the type of the plate.

They just tell the legend or Arceus. I don't know what order they go in

The plates power up the attacks of some moves (e.g. Fist plate ups fighting moves), The game gives a description of what move type they power up. However, this is not their only purpose. If you manage to obtain Aruceus, give him one of them, it will change it's type to the corresponding plate (e.g. Zap Plate makes it an electric type).

No, the sayings are meaningless. If you find them all, then Arceus can be any type.

The sayings itself aren't really important, and you probably already know about it, but it's all about Dialga, Palkia and Giratina. About how Time, Space and Spirit created man, and the beginning of mankind.

They mean.... Nothing. It is just the mithiology of the region.
But if you happen to get Arcues form an event or cheating, the plates change his type. Example. Draco plate when held makes him a dragon type. Arceus also has a move called Judgememnt. It does 100 damage and is also affected by whatever plate he is holding.
